Aaron Paul Nabablit is a promising young model who hails from Las Piñas City. He just recently started out in the industry but he could give the more experienced male models a run for their money.

His debut into mainstream modeling was in Philippine Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010 held at the SMX Convention Center in October last year. In the show, he modeled for up and coming and established menswear designers as well as ready-to-wear brands in the Metro. Most notable among his appearances that time was when he walked for RTW brand Freego Jeans – a picture of him parading the ramp in a Freego ensemble was featured in the Lifestyle Section of the Philippine Star.

Aaron intends to make his presence felt in the modeling industry one fashion show at a time. His high-fashion look coupled with his bronzed skintone sets him apart in the industry dominated by fair-skinned mannequins. We’ll definitely be seeing more of Aaron in fashion shows and events in the days ahead.

For those who were able to watch Pilipinas Got Talent last night over at ABS-CBN, one auditonee might have made a lasting impression on you – probably due to his good looks or his singing talent or both. The guy is Markki Stroem (also spelled “Strøm”). I bet you’re wondering what the goodlooking fellow is doing in that show, right? He probably just needs his 15 minutes of fame in ABS-CBN to jumpstart his singing career in the Philippines.

Markki’s full name is Marcello Angelo Ledesma Stroem. He is 22 years old and was born to a Filipina mother and a Norwegian father. Markki is into writing songs and playing the piano. He went to an international school in Manila but finished his college education in Switzerland.

In 2006, he auditioned for the now defunct Philippine Idol and made it through the Theater Round (equivalent to American Idol’s Hollywood Week). However, he had to leave the show abruptly due to his parents’ decision to send him to the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland to finish his education. He returned to showbiz last year by way of the the Bench Body show during the Philippine Fashion Week (pic above) where he modeled skin tight aubergine skivvies. At present, he is one of the artists of Cornerstone Talent Management Center which also manages the careers of Sam Milby and Richard Poon.

Ericzon Yee is a 19-year old student from Los Baños, Laguna. He is currently taking up BS in Forestry major in Forest and Environmental Resource Management at the Los Baños campus of the University of the Philippines. He does modeling on the side and he travels all the way from his Laguna home to Manila to attend to his modeling commitments in the Metro.

Ericzon got started into modeling when a model-friend of his recommended him to his manager. The latter was able to book him modeling jobs for local designers right away. With his towering height and his perfect medium physique, it is no surprise that many a fashion designer readily booked him for ramp assignments. To date, he has modeled for numerous local designers as well as for foreign brands such as American Rag and Mossimo.

As for his career plans in modeling, he intends to penetrate the international market and become a world-renowned model. He dreams of traveling the world by doing ramp shows for well-known fashion brands. Ericzon, every journey begins with a single step, and joining local fashion shows will help you make headway in eventually reaching your dream of becoming an international model.

You probably recognize him as the model who reluctantly strutted his stuff at the Bench Philippine Fashion Week show held in October last year. You might have seen him in photos and posters for the newest Bench ad campaign, “Lost in Summer”. You might have taken a second look at him while he’s partying with fellow models in bars in the Metro. In case you’re wondering what his name is, it’s Franco Daza.

Franco is 23 years old and is originally from Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada. He is a singer/songwriter in his native Canada. He started performing at the age of 12; and since then has been writing songs, recording tracks and doing concerts to the delight of the Filipino community in his area. He is currently in the Philippines to pursue his passion – music. However, with his height, looks, and good body proportions, his plans got sidetracked and he was lured into modeling. At present, he is one of the faces of the latest Bench campaign where he joins popular actors Gerald Anderson, Zanjoe Marudo, Aljur Abrenica, JC de Vera, Rafael Rossel, JayR Sillona, Jon Avila, Ron Morales and Paulo Avelino.
