He first joined Mossimo Bikini Summit in 2005 but failed to bag the crown. He, again, joined the prestigious modelling competition, as the wild card entry from 2005 (where he was known as Paul Tumulak), and was adjudged as Second Runner Up together with Hermann Weber as First Runner Up to the Grand Prize Winner Jerome Ortiz.
