Hair Color: Dark Brown Patrick Garcia is Franz Patrick Velasco Garcia in real life. As you may remember, this kid started out as the Ovaltine Boy in a string of commercials for the energy drink for kids. He also starred in the hotdog commercial where he was the chubby-girl-lead’s crush, Carlo (Remember, Again… Again… Again…?). After realizing that he had potential, Patrick, together with his sister Cheska Garcia (Doug Kramer’s gf) led the pack of child commercial models who wanted to break into the showbiz scene. They were two of the child star hopefuls who were launched in the first batch of stars for AngTV. Soon thereafter, tons of movie offers came his way and his acting skills were recognized by several award giving bodies. But as he grew older, it seems that he has become uncomfortable with his celebrity status and suddenly he went into hiatus. Missing the industry that he grew up in, he came back via Kampanerang Kuba, as one of Anne Curtis’ love interests. Realizing that his mother network had too many talents to give projects to, and him not being its top priority, he transferred to GMA were he was given meatier roles. |
