Arnold Reyes: Multi-talented Hunk

Arnold Reyes was introduced to showbiz through the original Wiseguys trio. (through the years, this group has disbanded and regrouped. The new Wiseguys now include Guy Gonzales, Jam Capistrano, and Art Paul Sison and Jay Roa Yu.) Although his stint with the group did not last, he has since established his own name in showbiz. He has appeared in several tv commercials, musical plays and independent films. The most noteworthy of his endeavors is his playing role of Dodong in the musical Zsa Zsa Zaturnnah (alternating with Lauren Novero). But this guy is not only a commercial model, a theater actor, and a singer, he is also a songwriter. Whoa! This guy is multi-talented. |

“an average dick”, “a great bottom”, “loves it kinky”, “had a threesome”… all these things that you say arnold is or allegedly has done - are these supposed to tell us what kind of a person he is? are these offensive and slanderous details supposed to be the measure of this man? are these all we need to know about him?
what if i tell you that he’s a good actor, a very hard-working and incredibly talented actor?
what if i tell you that he’s a good son, that most of the time he goes without food and a lot of things that you and i take for granted, just so he could pay for his mother’s medication? what if i tell you that he’s a good friend, that people love him and care for him because of his honesty, simplicity and his wonderfully big heart? what about that then? do you even care to know these things about him?
how is it so easy for you to judge other people based on a few spurious reports while you convene at your expensive bars, sipping your expensive drinks? would that it were so simple to classify people under your convenient categories - straight, gay, top, bottom. would that it were so simple to say that a person is this and not that, that he does this and not that. unfortunately, life’s not like that. people are not like that.
i have known arnold for years and i have known him to be a good man. he is not gay, no matter how you insist that he is otherwise. he does not deserve to be placed in any of your convenient little boxes, nor does he deserve to be discussed either on the internet or amongst yourselves as a person of questionable predilections.
if you had any iota of self-respect, you would stop this tasteless rumormongering. and if you truly have anything to say to arnold, i believe he would think more of you if you say it to him direct. and it better be worth saying.

I believe that it was the trio “BoysVoyz” that he was part of, and not “WiseGuys”….In any case, Arnold is truly talented…An actor, Singer, Songwriter…Wow :-)

it is! he uses his supposedly cute face to use people, I know one friend whom he suddenly dropped like a hot potato not withstanding his situtation then. If he has problems with family, health, etc. KARMA lang yan, I’m sure the two guys I know he played around and turned his back like their “shit” would be happy to hear that he’s suffering. Btw, I heared too that he was recently evicted from his house and sold his car. God is so so Good!

I auditioned with him for the 10 films competing at the 2008 Cinemalaya Film Festival. He’s especially attractive in person, with that foundation and all. Kaya lang medyo madaya sya kasi 25-28 pa lang yung number na tinawag ng casting director…kasama na sya kaagad, samantalang nasa number 70 something pa lang sya. how unfair!

i met arnold thru a stageplay where we played lovers, Hermia and Lysander. and since then, whenever our paths cross he doesn’t forget to give me a friendly beso and he always have time for a short chat… he’s one great guy! not to mention talented and great looking!
