Coco Martin: Cherub-Faced Charmer

Coco Martin (Rodel Nacianceno in real life) started out in showbiz as one of the members of Star Circle Batch 9. Although managed by ABS-CBN’s talent management agency, Star Magic, his career didn’t really take off. This was due to the fact that he chose to finish his degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management over showbiz. While finishing his degree, he did a string of tv commercials and was featured in print ads for BPI, Globe, Smart and STI College among others. He returned to the limelight via the independent film “Masahista” (also starring in the movie were: Marvin Bautista and Jayson Colis) which tackled the lives of male masseurs. The said movie received accolades from film festivals in Argentina, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Greece, Hongkong, Switzerland, Slovenia and the USA. His most recent appearance in the big screen is in the movie “Siquijor”.

He is a very promising actor. His face is among the prettiest. I watched Daybreak and and Coco’s performance is terrific. Though I did not watch the movie again because it causes me so much pain in the heart. Bow din ako sa iyo sa Condo. To you Coco, I wish you more success and happiness. You deserve to be a grandslam best actor.

I have read all the wonderful praises for you Coco and I would say I all agree with them.After Aga Muhlach i havent seen a great actor that would resemble the acting prowess of AGA but when i saw you in TAYONG DALAWA i know there will be another AGA MUHLACH that would emerge in the entertainment world. You have a superb natural acting that would really melt ones heart whenever they watch you portray a given role.
