Rico Lazaro: Piolo Pascual-look alike

Rico Lazaro was one of the contestants in the first ever Mister Philippines competition which was held at Palacio de Maynila in Roxas Blvd. in the middle of 2007.

Rico caught everyone’s attention (even the host, Angel Aquino’s) for his uncanny resemblance to one of the most bankable hunks in the Philippines today, Piolo Pascual.

This native of Cavite has been a fixture to bikini contests in and out of the Metro and Mr. Philippines was the first ever national competition he has joined. He, together with close friend, Dennis Olivarez aka Dennis Barion (Ginoong Filipinas 2007 Grand Winner) went home empty-handed to the dismay of their relatives whom they brought to the contest for moral support.
