Bench, the Philippines’ premier lifestyle brand has cooked up something really interesting for the Filipino viewers. In the tradition of reality television’s model searches comes Be Bench: The Model Search. The 8-week reality show is a joint venture between Bench and ABS-CBN. These two industry giants teamed up to find the diamonds in the rough – to make the once anonymous personalities become the new famous Bench image models / future ABS-CBN stars.

After a rigorious nationwide audition process in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, the team trimmed down the thousands of aspiring TV stars and bench models into the final 12 candidates (6 men and 6 women). After the show’s run, it hopes to produce one male model who will follow the footsteps of Richard Gomez, Diether Ocampo, Richard Gutierrez, Sam Milby, Piolo Pascual and John Mullally; and a female model who will also epitomize the fashionista brand image as portrayed by Lucy Torres-Gomez, Kristine Hermosa and Iya Villania.

The search airs every Sunday at 10:30pm on ABS-CBN and is hosted by Ms. Kris Aquino and Piolo Pascual.
