Harry Chua: The Next Big Thing In Philippine Showbiz

In my previous post on Harry, I told you guys that I don’t know much about this guy. However, I was able to have small talk with him after their show at the NBC Tent and got to know some info about him. This amiable guy, who currently resides in one of the plush townhomes near the Columns in Makati, hails from a province in the Bicol Region. He recently graduated from Mariners’ Polytechnic College Foundation and was lured to Manila in hopes of stardom. He initially got into joining pageants to achieve this dream. He joined the Rajah Bagakay Pageant in 2006 and was adjudged as Mr. Photogenic. He was also one of the hopefuls for Mr. World - Philippines 2007 although didn’t make it through the final cut. And before he was discovered for Provoq, he was the grand prize winner of the Heat Wave Model Search during the summer of 2007. As the newest member of the Men of Provoq, he gets to be featured in the group’s newest magazine also entitled, Cruise (which serves as a supplement to their bump and grind show). Said magazine is available at Dtour bar, Filbars at Waltermart Pasong Tamo and CV magazines at Landmark. And to the new fans of Harry, he is slated to appear on the big screen via the much-anticipated flick, Ang Lalake sa Parola (The Man in the Lighthouse). The movie will have a premiere night on September 3, 2007 at 7 p.m at the UP Film Institute. Tickets will be available at the venue or you may contact Lex Bonife at lexbonife@yahoo.com. Check out the movie and see what Harry has got to offer. For those who are outside of the Philippines, I have good news for you. VIVA has plans of having international runs of the Provoq show. They will bring the boys to selected cities in Asia, Australia and the United States. Watch out for that. |

i’m just wondering..does harry earn enough from his shows to afford an expensive unit in tony makati? hmm, i smell the magic hand of a good, gay (?) soul.

ang sarap, ang sarap sarap. ang swerte naman ng mga well-heeled na member ng sistahhood. with enough effort and maybe charm (?) they’ll soon have him on their plate. kalokah! what a feast that may turn out to be. for us mere worker ants, inspiration na lang muna ang photokelya ni papa harry :)

By the way, just a tip. UPFI or UP Film Institute is not covered by MTRCB. Hehehe. Kuha nyo? Walang cuts pag dun pinalabas. Kaya yun ibang mga sexy films, dun unang nilalabas to create some media buzz. Then when the movie or film has its commercial run, dapat na-approve na ng MTRCB. Which means, go catch Harry’s film this September 3 before its commercial run.

by the way, maybe he earns enough now. kayo talaga, hehehe, bago naman maghusga ng kapwa, isipin nyo lahat ng pwedeng sagot. sa exams nga may multiple choice diba? kaya di umaangat ang pinoy (and gays in general, dami pa rin, hehehe, tulad nyo.

utogpinoy, nagkataon lang na sa multiple choice na answer, e yun ang sagot ko hehehe. kasi naman, di ba sa sampaloc sya nakatira recently lang, tapos biglang nasa isang village sa makati na? it’s a big leap in so short a time. whatever it is, and why, i’m cheering him on, at baka pumayag, as you say. lol.

well, well, well. i don’t think that should be the first thing that should come to mind peak - the benefactor myth. it only speaks of how far one’s imagination can go. or just that your desire to be able to get into harry’s pants will be through the glitter of gold? hehehe. why not try alternative ways, it might just work. hahahaha.
anyways, to harry, don’t mind all these fucking non-sense. you know who you are, and damn, who cares about us mortals?

hehe. each one definitely will have their own interpretation based on their own experiences. so respect each others opinion na lang as long as it is not hurting anyone. peak fantasy actually expressed his opinion or what he thought of the move from sampaloc to makati. di naman nya sinabing totoo yun sinulat nya. kaya nga i enjoy these exchanges. hehe.

Am wondering why everytime a newcomer starts to make waves, talk goes around that he is the kept boy of someone. Kung may nakukuha siya sa pagpayag niya, good for him. Kung wala naman, bakit ps siya pumayag.

Comment lang. Hope VIVA carefully plans the careers of the secong batch of PROVOQ. The video of the VIVA Hotmen were luanched sometime in 2004. One of the members of the VIVA Hotmen, Miguel Garcia, left the group, kung di ako magkakamali, even before the launching show of the group at COVELANDIA. Sana di matuld yung bacth 2 ng PROVOQ.

The dvd of Ang Lalake sa Parola has just been released. Saw it at SM Cubao record bar. It is described as “uncut.” Did not buy it yet.

I just downloaded the lalake video…..medyo bago ako sa torrent and all of this stuff…pasensiya na kayo deprived kami sa mga hot filipino guys here in the US. I have to admit, Harry either is an excellent actor or he is a natural bicolano inclduing his accent. Ang ganda talga nang katawan niya, perfect a parka moreno… Regardless, he played the role very well, and the scenes were so creatively done that although nakakalibog sila pareho, nakakaadmire din an pagkagawa….who care is Harry has a nice condo (however he got it), he deserves that at least. If I every bought a condo in Manila, I will be more than happy to let him stay when I am not around, and of course, that I get to enjoy him when I go home for a vacation….UPH….this site rocks….

Harry Chua and DENNIS whose family names escapes me (I saw his pic in the GO-SEE series) should be featured in a more provocative pics here ala that OKABE guy. Their features represent the best in pinoy guys. Simply irresistable and appeals directly to the groins!
To PRODUCERS our there of INDIE Films these two dudes could be featured in one sizzling artsie film for our kind to be dubbed as “DORMERS”.
