Matteo Guidicelli: You Give Me A Rush
|
Gianmatteo Fernan Guidicelli or more popularly known as Matteo Guidicelli is a Filipino-Italian model who first caught media attention by being one of the youngest (not to mention, cutest) karting enthusiasts in the country. He became a fixture in print and commercial advertisements in the Philippines by becoming part of Club Pen aka Penshoppe’s Ambassadors of Style (together with Victor Basa, Einar Ingebrigsten and Jericho Rosales), the group of model endorsers for the clothing line, Penshoppe. Matteo was introduced as an actor last year via the now defunct teen-oriented comedy “Go ‘Kada Go!” where he starred alongside Gerald Anderson and Joem Bascon. In an interview, the 17-year old says he is currently studying at the Brent International School-Manila and fulfills his modeling and acting commitments during the spring break. A couple of days ago, Matteo became the latest hunky addition to the top-rating ABS CBN kiddie series, Kung Fu Kids. Now more buffed and hunky compared to when he was first introduced in showbiz, he adds to the list of male eyecandy to drool upon in the show (the others being Allen Dizon, Kian Kazemi, and Sid Lucero). His character’s debut in the show has made quite a stir in the plot. In Kung Fu Kids, the 5’8″-tall cutie plays the role of Gian, son of the major villain Macoy (played by Gerard Pizzaras). Matteo’s character will prove to be an interesting one as he befriends the Kung Fu Kids not knowing that he will be affiliated with the dark side in the long run. This twist in the story will surely make “Kung Fu Kids” one of the shows to catch every weeknight. Now with a more muscular physique, I hope Matteo gets to be featured in this year’s edition of Cosmopolitan Magazine’s Most Eligible Bachelors line up. |
