Niko Arellano’s star shone the brightest at the recently concluded All Out 3 Fashion Show. Together with Niko on the ramp were fellow Viva talents John Miller and Cedric Javier and over twenty other male models. They paraded the Metro Bar stage wearing the designs for Private Parts Wearables Thailand.

This is Niko’s first major appearance at any event following the successful Cruise Show which was held on August 2007. It was a welcome gesture for him to have graced the show for the benefit of his adoring fans who have missed seeing him on screen or on stage for several months now.

As you may have noticed, although Niko possesses the looks, physique and star quality as his other Men of Provoq co-members Harry Laurel, Justin de Leon, Josh Ivan Morales and Johnron Tanada, he hasn’t been given projects as these other four. Harry and Justin did “Ang Lalake Sa Parola” late last year. Johnron did the “Hubad” instructional video which was launched a few months after the Parola project. And most recently, Josh Ivan appeared in the newest controversial digital flick from Viva entitled “Ang Lihim Ni Antonio”. So when can we expect a movie where Niko will play the starring role? No feelers are being sent out to the press as of yet but I’m hoping that this Provoq guy be given a big break soon so he can showcase skills other than his gyrating prowess.

Incidentally, I got a buzz from Viva insiders that their plans of holding a second run of the Cruise show and their intended international run of the male revue will be shelved indefinitely. However, rest assured that you I will keep you posted on any developments with Niko and the rest of the Provoq Men in this site.
