Lance Raymundo on doing a TV series in Singapore
|
Singer-turned-actor Lance Raymundo lands a role in Singapore-based horror series, “Incredible Tales”. This would be Lance’s first TV acting project since he was introduced in Philippine showbiz several years ago and his debut appearance in an international TV series. After his stage play, Romeo & Juliet, no new projects were coming his way, then came this one. Thus, Lance was overwhelmed upon hearing the news of his being cast in the show. The show take its inspiration from “Tales from the Darkside” series which ran in the USA from 1984 to 1988 and is hosted by Uttsada Panichkul (more popularly known as MTV VJ Utt). It features horror stories from Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, the Philippines and other asian countries. However, the show is now on season break; but once it resumes airing, the episode (Demon’s Whip) which features Lance will be the first to be broadcast. Also in the cast are Filipino actors Juliana Palermo and Say Alonzo. This episode is directed by acclaimed Filipino director, Jun Lana. |
