In the fantaserye, Alfred will play a merman who, according to reports, will be Marian Rivera’s love interest before she meets Dingdong Dantes’ character.

As a merman, he is required to do underwater scenes while wearing prosthetic fins. In preparation for this daunting task, he is taking lessons under swimming instructor Louie Barrios together with lead star Marian Rivera and co-stars Michelle Madrigal and Paolo Ballesteros. The determined Alfred will surely do everything to learn the proper swimming techniques in order to execute the underwater scenes well.
