Former Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2 housemate Jon Mullally (aka Jon Avila) was recently chosen to endorse the newest whitening pill in the market, Active White Plus L-Glutathione. This fact was revealed in a press conference which was held in Imperial Palace Suits yesterday. Joining Jon in endorsing the said whitening product are GMA7 talent Nadine Samonte and FEU Varsity Volleyball player Rachelle Anne Daquis. According to his manager, Jon is the perfect male endorser for the said product. As a matter of fact, in a photoshoot he recently did where he was made to just be in his undies, people were all praises about Jon’s flawless skin. Those who were present during the shoot claimed that Jon’s skin is smooth and fair all over and even in his nether regions. At present, Jon is one of the major endorsers of the premier lifestyle brand in the Philippines, Bench; and he is set to appear in ABS-CBN’s upcoming Saturday offering “Komiks Presents: Kapitan Boom” which is scheduled to start airing on April 19, 2008. |

Naku naman, eh Brit yan eh. Talagang maputi yan. Maski nota nyan, pinkish pa siguro. Ano pa igu-gluthathione nyan??? Ang hirap sa mga advertiser, mahilig lokohin ang mga Pinoy. Si Kirara ang paputiin ninyo sa gluthothione, yan ang pruweba na magaling ang produkto nyo!

Carlos is right, this advert is fraudulent because John is half-white and looked white to begin with, and didn’t really need this product. Besides, pinoys need the melanin (skin color) to protect the skin from the tropial sun.

Eh, di huwag kayong bumili, ang dami ninyong angal. Marunong pa kayo sa mga advertisers. Dalawa lang ‘yan, either wala lang kayong pambili or “kanguso” kayo kasi si John, certified “kapamilya”. Dami pa ninyong eklat.

to ferdie, ang kitid nang pananaw mo. talagang marunong pa ko sa advertiser, dahil informed consumer ako. alam ko kung kailan ako niloloko ng isang produkto. ikaw, informed consumer ka ba?
