Star Circle Batch 15 member Marvin Wijangco (aka Marvin Raymundo) has been in showbiz for close to a year now and has already been featured as one of Cosmopolitan Magazine’s Male Centerfolds of 2007, but still nothing really significant has happened to his career. He has already appeared in the movie “SupahPapalicious” and television shows such as: “Sineserye Presents: May Minamahal”, “Super Inggo 1.5: Ang Bagong Bangis” and “Lastikman”; despite that he hasn’t been given the chance to prove his worth an actor as he is merely given bit roles.

The bedimpled chinito could be part of the teeny-bopper show “Star Magic Presents: Astigs” but ABS-CBN management has decided not to include him in the series. They, instead, made him a part of the band of hunks named “Coverboys” who perform regularly on ASAP ‘08. Marvin possesses the looks, height, body and X-factor which are, in my opinion, the qualities of a future matinee idol. I just hope he is given more exposure as an actor so he could have a bright future in the industry.

Given more sessions with ABS-CBN’s popular acting workshop, I bet he will be giving the Kapamilya network’s male leads a run for their money.
