Mr. and Ms. Sexy Body was held on February 9, 2008 at The Brick Road, East Wing Carpark of Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall. Abel Jimeno, Andrei Allen, Carlo Atienza, Christopher Villarba, Dave Concepcion, Fronnie Sioson, Granel Tianes, James Ereza, Jonathan Cabuay, Lawrenz Lising, Marc Luther Dulatre, Patrick Rivera, Raph Almeda and Ross Simbulan vied for the top spots in the male division of the competition.

Adjudged as winners in the male division of the pageant were: Christian Navesis (2nd Runner Up), Abel Jimeno (1st Runner Up) and Andrei Allen (Grand Winner). Special awards were given to: Abel Jimeno – Mr. Confidence, James Buy Myambutol Online without prescription Ereza – Mr. Clear Skin and Best in Swimwear – Andrei Allen.
