Dingdong Dantes on being a multimedia mogul

On April 28, we will again bear witness to another nightly visual feast for the viewers courtesy of GMA7’s newest teleserye offering, Dyesebel. The show will not only feature an elaborate and colorful set but also a roster of male eyecandy to satisfy our viewing appetite. And among its cast is Dingdong Dantes who will play the role of the male lead, “Fredo”. Fredo is an arrogant and full-of-himself multimedia mogul who becomes beheld by the beauty of the mermaid Dyesebel. He falls deeply in love with the underwater maiden only to realize that theirs is a love forbidden by fate. However, a sudden twist happens when Dyesebel is given the gift of human appendages. Their love is tested further once the mermaid attempts to adapt to the world of the man she loves. Dyesebel starts airing on Monday, April 28 after Carlo J. Caparas’s Joaquin Bordado. |

I’m just waiting to see what twists GMA has prepared for Dyesebel, the TV version. My guess is that the telenovela will follow the same tired route with only a few surprises to keep it interesting. I even posted my own prediction how the storyline will go. Check it out to see if you agree or not!
