Last week, I bumped into Harvey Cruz while he was about to leave the gym. He confirmed that Eric Eleazar and Sassan Shokouhi are indeed out of the competition, not for bad behavior, though (as earlier reported by a different source). The former backed out for still undisclosed reasons; but the latter told the organizers that he received modeling offers in Singapore and opted to prioritize his international career over the local competition.

Harvey also informed me that the finals night of Bodyshots 2008 model search will no longer be held at the Megaworld tent (which is different from the NBC Tent) as the venue has not yet been completed in time for the competition. However, the event will still push through as scheduled, but this time in another venue – the Sofitel tent (Sofitel Philippine Plaza formerly Westin Philippine Plaza, CCP Complex, Roxas Blvd., Pasay City).
