Jerald Mutia on his Bodyshots 2008 experience
|
I had the chance to chat with Bodyshots 2008 male contestant, Jerald Mutia, during the sponsors’ night of the model search and was really surprised at how level-headed this guy is, despite having had modeling experience in the United States. The San Francisco-based model had a lively talk with me and he shared his experiences during the Manila-based competition. I was again able to meet him after the competition and asked him about his sentiments on not winning in the model search. He said that he is happy with his experience in Manila and he does not have any regrets in joining the model search. I even asked him if he wanted to do a photoshoot with the site which he politely declined due to his schedule constraints (his Saturday schedule was very busy as he wanted to buy “pasalubong” for his relatives and friends in the US and he was scheduled to leave this Sunday morning back to San Francisco ). However, he promised that when he comes back, he’ll do a shoot for the site. So watch out for that guys! Special thanks to Gharyjohn of OPMB.com for a pic in this post. |

Jerald is a very wonderful person. Saw him at the Ginoong Pilipinas event where he emceed and delivered a fantastic job. He’s smart, polite and very humble. He should have an acting career in Manila!

He’s definitely the “cute” one of the bunch. It’s nice to hear that he’s not a stuck-up Fil-Am. It’s too bad he didn’t make it to the top 5. He’s a winner in my list =). Congrats Jerald!
