Varsity cager-turned-actor-turned-Bench-model Marco Alcaraz has not been very visible lately, with the exception of his regular soap, Dyesebel, and sporadic appearances in vardenafil GMA7 shows, Sis and Jungle TV. Apart from being a great addition to the Bench roster of hunks, nothing really significant can be said about this guy’s career. His appearance in mediocre soaps are easily forgettable and could not have given him the opportunity to be recognized as an actor.

I hope GMA7 realizes this guy’s potential as an hunky actor and give him the necessary workshops for him to hone his craft. Him serving as a mere wallflower in soap operas doesn’t really help his career. GMA7 has this moreno hunk at their disposal and should not let his talent go to waste. However, before he becomes a great actor, he would probably need a change of image – more daring, perhaps? Just a thought – probably him posing a-la Alfred Vargas in a coffee table book could help give his career a boost, don’t you agree guys?

But before that thought could materialize, we are given the chance to see this eyecandy live and in the flesh at the Experience Blackout: the Bench Denim and Underwear show at the Araneta Coliseum on July 25, 2008.
