JayR Sillona, the the country’s undisputed R&B prince, was reported to have been considering a transfer to the Kapamilya network early this year. However, when asked about this, he quickly denied said rumor and claimed that he has a contract with GMA7 which binds him to the Kapuso network for another couple of years.

His absence from SOP, prompted members of the press to speculate on his alleged plans of switching network allegiances. Adding fuel to the fire was the fact that his co-talent under booking agent/handler Arnold Vegafria, Billy Crawford, had already shifted loyalty to ABS-CBN which gave the latter the chance to host Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2. JayR, however, explains that he had some shows abroad which caused his temporary disappearance from GMA7’s Sunday variety show.

And not only does JayR have network loyalty, he has clothing brand loyalty as well. He has been a model for the premier lifestyle brand in the country, Bench, for quite some time now and is not contemplating on transferring to the competition any time soon.
