Rafael Rossel on doing a successful gimmick
|
Among the Coverboys who were featured at the recently concluded Experience Blackout [Rafael Rossel, Jake Cuenca, Zanjoe Marudo, Jon Avila (Mullally), Marvin Wijangco (Raymundo), Ron Morales and John James Uy], only Rafael Rossel mustered enough courage to walk the ramp in his birthday suit with his hands covering his family jewels. He appeared in the buff on stage silhouetted by a translucent curtain, while what’s going on behind the curtain is being shown on the big LCD screens at the back end of the stage. This gimmick elicited cheers and wild responses from the Big Dome’s audience, to the delight of the Fil-Norwegian hunk. It was really a sight to behold. His was the most daring act from among all the Bench celebrity endorsers who graced the festivities. Click Here for a peek of that interesting scene. |

unfortunately his gimmick cheapens him as an artist. it was a fashion show, absolutely no reason to be naked. talk about gratuitous.
