Hair Color: Black Dart Kamboozia was one of the finalists at this year’s run of most prestigious model search in the country, Bodyshots together with Bjorn Aguilar, Raph Almeda, Jonas Cabuay, Arman Cataga, Harvey Cruz, Robert de Claro, Nico Deyro, Kris Melendrez, Marvin Miranda, Jerald Mutia, Chris Ong-Hay, Adrian Racho, Jobo Roa, Sadatsugu Suzuki, Ian Leonel Porlayagan, Mark Lester Yutuc and Mario Lee Zamboni. His getting into the finals was just one of the easier obstacles he was able to hurdle. Staying in the competition proved to be a bit tougher than making it through the initial cut. The Bodyshots “model camp” subjected these contestants to gruelling tests, which included a series of modeling workshops, photoshoots and press presentations. Those who were difficult to train and had attitude problems were quickly removed and replaced. Dart was able to withstand these and more. Apart from conquering the major tests in the competition, for the most part, the more noteworthy achievement of these candidates was the accomplishment of their personal goals. Dart’s was quite simple – he wanted to lose weight in time for the finals night and he was able to successfully achieve this with the help of regular visits to the gym and a pill called Hydroxycut. He has lost a substantial amount of weight since our first photoshoot which helped him obtain a fresher and more youthful appearance apt to his modelesque frame. Although he failed to land on any of the top spots or to win any of the special awards, he could be proud of his simple achievement. Come September, we will be able to see Dart and his new body as he gets featured in Cosmopolitan magazine’s 2008 Most Eligible Bachelors issue.
