Dingdong Dantes on going international
|
Following his inclusion in E! Entertainment’s 25 Sexiest Men in the World, Dingdong Dantes gets another international exposure through AXN’s “The Duke”. “The Duke” is a men’s magazine in a talk show format which features male personalities who are successful in their respective fields set to inspire Asian men to take charge of their lives. The staff of “The Duke” came over to Manila in December of last year to interview Dingdong right in his very own home in Quezon City. The show’s premiere season will include inspiring stories of 13 influential men from all-over Asia – one of which is Dingdong’s. Also featured in the show this season are Philippine Vice President Noli de Castro and Gawad Kalinga co-founder, Dylan Wilk. The show is hosted by Eunice Olsen, Marc Nelson and Rovilson Fernandez. “The Duke” will air its pilot episode on February 9, 8pm on AXN. Incidentally, Dingdong makes a comeback to the smallscreens on February 2, 2009 via the new GMA7 series, “Ang Babaeng Hinugot Sa Aking Tadyang”. The show will reunite him with onscreen (and, reportedly, also offscreen) partner Marian Rivera. |
