Despite encountering several problems just before the grand finals night of Mossimo Bikini Summit 2009 (i.e., the forced cancellation of the event due to the arrival of an unexpected storm in Boracay and the sudden backing out of two male contestants), the organizers immediately bounced back to push through with one of the biggest summer events this year. Instead of the initial plan of holding the much-awaited event in Fairways and Bluewater Resort in Boracay, the grand finals night will be held at the Skydome in SM North EDSA.

Finally, we will get to see Andre Endique, Angelo Cacciatore, Geronimo Lontoc, Jr., Dex Quindoza, Jiro Shirakawa, Lemuel Pelayo, Kevin John Zaldarriaga, Mark Manicad, JR Tirona, Harold Oide and the female contestants of MBS ‘09 strut their stuff on the catwalk, however, no longer along the shores of Boracay, but inside an events hall located inside a mall which was gracious enough to host the event on short notice. So, again, Mossimo Bikini Summit 2009 will be held at the Skydome in SM North EDSA on May 23, 2009 at 8pm. See you there!
